Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica)

Chia seeds are high in fibre and protein. They contain high levels of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is also worth noting that they are very rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They are naturally gluten-free and vegan.
